  • How do the Chippie Plus and Chippie Max Mobile Plans work?

    The Chippie PLUS or Chippie MAX is a prepaid based subscription plan: If you have depleted all your monthly grants you become a prepaid client automatically. This means that when all the grants are used within the billing cycle, you have to reload the core balance with Chippie credit in order to continue to make use of the service. This will give you full flexibility and cost control if you want to use more then the PLUS or MAX plan offers.

    Adding extra data to your account: To add more data, you can activate extra data via the mobile App (or send the SMS ‘extra data’ to 3434). Note that the prepaid terms and conditions apply. On the first day of the month following the month you used all your units, you will start with a new balance of the Chippie Max plan, including any remaining balance of the reloaded credit on your balance.

    Using quota: Fair use policy applies for the minutes where 3000 minutes and 100 SMS are for on-net, off-net and international calling. From the 3000 minutes received, you can use a maximum of 100 (PLUS)/200 (MAX) minutes to call the off-net and international destinations. The calling minutes and SMS messages of the selected Hybrid Plan cannot be carried over to the next billing period. This means that all units not used will be forfeited. If all the units are used in the billing cycle, you have to reload the core balance with credit in order to continue the use of the service. On the first day of the month following the month that you used all your units, you start with a new balance of the combo bundle, including any remaining balance of the reloaded credit on your balance.

  • How do the Chippie Family Plus and Chippie Family Max Mobile Plans work?

    These Chippie FAMILY Plans are also prepaid based subscription plans : If you have depleted all your monthly grants you become a prepaid client automatically. The FAMILY plans offer SHARING OF THE GRANTS between the users/members of that plan.  If the users have depleted all the monthly grants, they become individual prepaid clients. This means that when all the grants are used within the billing cycle, they will have to reload their core balance with Chippie credit in order to continue to make use of the service. This will give each member full flexibility and cost control if they want to use more then the FAMILY plan offers.

    Data sharing is an integral part of the Chippie FAMILY PLUS/MAX Plan where all the grants in the plan can be shared amongst the defined users of that plan. This will offer great benefits to the users of such plan. Chippie FAMILY PLUS plan allows up to two (2) users to share the grants whereas the Chippie FAMILY MAX plan allows up to four (4) users. In the case of the Chippie FAMILY MAX plan users, these 4 users can share 40 GB of shared data amongst themselves, this means that each user can use the shared data to their individual need up to 40GB depending on how much the others users are using the shared data.  And if the total shared data is depleted before the next billing cycle, adding extra data is easy.

  • How many people can share the Chippie Family plans?

    The maximum number of users on the Chippie FAMILY PLUS plan is two (2). These 2 users can share a total of 20GB of shared data. The maximum number of users on the Chippie FAMILY MAX plan is four (4). These 4 users can share a total of 40GB of shared data. If the sharing data is depleted, each user can independently add extra data by activating extra data via the mobile App (or send the SMS ‘extra data’ to 3434). This extra data is not shared but assigned to the user that has activated/purchased the extra data.  For this, the prepaid terms and conditions apply.

  • Terms & Conditions

    After activation the Hybrid selected plan will be valid for 24 months.

    Minutes

    The total of 3000 calling minutes is including a maximum of 100, 200, 500 or 600 off-net / international calling minutes depending on the chosen plan.

    International calling destinations (fixed and mobile) are: Aruba, The Netherlands, USA, Colombia, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, China, India, Puerto Rico, Canada, Portugal, Curaçao (Digicel)

    Out-of-plan usage:

    Chippie prepaid rates will be applicable.
